Dr. Lagier-Tourenne is an Associate Professor of Neurology, investigating the molecular mechanisms driving neurodegeneration in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, frontotemporal dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and repeat expansion diseases such as Huntington’s disease and X-linked Dystonia Parkinsonism. Her lab uses innovative preclinical models and functional genomics approaches to identify new therapeutic targets for neurodegenerative diseases.
