While at Rutgers University, I completed my honors thesis in the lab of Dr. Mladen-Roko Rasin studying the mechanisms underlying cortical brain development. Following graduation I joined Dr. Marc Tessier-Lavigne's at The Rockefeller University. During this time I helped develop iDISCO, a powerful tissue clearing technique. I plan to stay in neuroscience and seek to understand the mechanisms underlying developmental diseases of the human brain.
